At Efamol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization number inside.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a tracked courier service to the return address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
